PSA, in association with Austin Commercial and Gresham Smith & Partners, provided PM services under a design-build contract for the $280M Consolidated Car Rental Facility (CONRAC), the $370M Automated People Mover (APM), and terminal redevelopment for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. This was part of the 2012 $943M expansion plan, which will serve 35M passengers per year upon completion.
