PSA is one of five Prime PM companies for this large airport redevelopment, which has a total budget of $3.6B. The first phase is a Quick Turn Around (QTA) and three Rental Service Site (RSS) facilities for car rentals totaling 502,000 square feet.
The new terminal (designed by HOK Architects) and north and south concourses are to be built with the airport fully operational at all times. They will add 700,000 square feet and expand the airport to 78 gates.
