A Message from Our Founder & CEO

PSA Management celebrated
25 years in business in 2019.

From small, humble beginnings we have achieved great things. Our strategic and smart growth started by partnering and providing minority participation to some of the largest companies in the United States, and over the years, we have managed to become serious competitors with them.

PSA has evolved into a leading and nationally recognized program, project and construction management company, with specific expertise in large scale construction programs for public clients. As our name and stature have grown, PSA continues to attract the highest caliber of leadership and staff. This, in turn, has enabled us to enlarge our service offerings and introduce added value to our clients.

In recognition of our capabilities and successes in this specialized field and to better reflect our elevated services and clients, PSA has rebranded becoming PSA Management. As we go forward into the next 25 years, we aim to build on our prime contracts with major public clients. PSA will continue to exceed our clients’ expectations and create new levels of services and innovation.

The PSA family cares dearly about our fellow teammates, partners and the communities they represent. By offering two scholarship programs serving disadvantaged youth and overseeing intern programs with clients to involve local youth, we welcome everyone to become a part of their success story.

Founded in 1994 by Patrick Aliu, PSA Management is 100% minority owned and operated. PSA offices are located in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, New Orleans, Orlando, and Salt Lake City. A trendsetter whose growth as a minority firm remains unrivaled within the construction industry, we are comprised of skilled graduate architects, engineers, program managers, OSHA certified inspectors, planners, I.T. managers, quality control inspectors, schedulers, estimators, contract managers, value engineering specialists, superintendents, and administrative support personnel. All with a combined 500 years of experience.
