Southwest Water Treatment Plant

PSA, in association with Walbridge Contracting Inc., provided on-site construction management and project control services for the construction of the Kirkman Water Treatment Facility for the Orlando Utilities Commission.

The plant included an ozone feed system and generators, ozone destruct and deoxygenation blowers, a chemical (Chlorine and Flocculants) facility, and caustic and fluoride feed systems at both pre and post storage injection points.
