PSA as a subconsultant to HNTB provided Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services to the Florida Department of Transport for the Phases 1 and 2 of the Sunrail System.
This Project runs from Deland to Poinciana and serves five Counties. It consists of rail with stations, commuter parking lots and access stations at various intervals along the path of the rail line.
