PSA, in association with Sverdrup Civil, Inc., provided field engineering, on-site construction management and design/build services for the construction of the Lake Highland Water Treatment Facility for the Orlando Utilities Commission.
The plant included a 5m gallon ground water reservoir, high capacity service pumps and an ozone, caustic and fluoride feed system.
