Amway Center Geico Parking Garage

PSA, in association with PCL Construction, provided construction management services, project engineering and project administration for the Geico Garage to serve the adjacent Amway Center.

This state-of-the-art parking structure with high-end automation systems achieved Silver LEED status. To meet requirements for rapid arrivals and departures during large events, the garage was designed with lanes capable of switching flows and is connected to the arena by a pedestrian bridge.
