Patrick Aliu President - CEO Architect, CSI, CCI, CGC, CCPM, CRA Professional Experience Mr. Patrick Aliu is the founder, president, and CEO of PSA Constructors, Inc. with more than twenty-five years of experience in planning, architectural, construction management and program management in educational, airport, hospitals, industrial, and justice facility projects, and commercial residential/mix-use development project management. Mr. Aliu has held various responsible positions before establishing PSA, coming through the ranks as planner, project architect, project manager, and project director. He also served as general manager of a firm where his responsibilities included business development, contract negotiation/execution, fee negotiation, joint venture negotiation with other firms, project management, and personnel hiring at all levels.  |

Chris Hassall R.I.B.A Director of Projects Architect Professional Experience Chris has been a registered architecture since 1971. He also has years of experience with commercial interiors, program and construction management and design/build, including buy-outs and sub-contract negotiations, multi-project programs and management process specialist. He has specialized in working for Public Clients in the US and has pioneered the use of Value Management Techniques using parametric computer cost modeling, right-sizing of all functional areas and maximizing value with accurate Life Cycle Analysis of Systems, Assemblies and Materials over the entire life of a facility. |
