  PSA Constructors, Inc. Scholarship Foundation was established 2002 in Palm Beach Community College (PBCC), Palm Beach, FL.  

Mission: It is our ongoing corporate cultural commitment to the communities we work in to empower the future leaders of the communities.  

Students enrolled in a pre-major in Engineering, Architecture or Construction and pursuing a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply for this scholarship. Students must be enrolled for 6 or more credits and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Students must reside in Palm Beach County. Prefer African American students. Financial need is also considered. To be eligible, applicants must complete a (FAFSA).
